The Bellingham United may have stiff competition in the Baker Division of the Western Indoor Soccer League as the upstart Everett City Football Club make a statement to the rest of the league by defeating the 4 time WISL champion Bellingham United at home. The Hammers faced a hostile crowd as the Everett fans rolled deep into Bellingham and took over the Sportsplex Saturday, January 20th. Bellingham lead at halftime but Everett owned the second half and with a late goal from City's Fernando Tavares sealed the victory on the road. Click here to view photos from the game.
