United Fall to the Stars

The Bellingham United lose to their Western Indoor Soccer League rival Tacoma Stars at the Sportsplex Saturday, January 25th. In the battle to retain first place and home-field advantage in the playoffs the United fell behind early in the match. However Bellingham came storming back in the second half to tie the game at 4 all. In the end Tacoma proved to be too much this night as they squashed all hope of an upset. Final score; 4-7. Blazers Cannot Corral Mustangs

The Bellingham Blazers played host to the visiting Ogden Mustangs for a three-game home stand at the Sportsplex. Unfortunately after and three-game sweep by the Utah Outliers earlier in the month the Blazer were unable to brake the losing skid and fell to the Mustangs over the three-game home stand. Outliers Overwhelm Blazers
