The Tri-Cities Outlaws hand a
heartbreaking loss to the Bellingham Blazers Friday, October 25th
at the Sportsplex. The game started fast, both teams trying to use
speed to their advantage. Bellingham doubled their shots on goal to
Tri-Citites' shots but both teams ended the first period scoreless.
The second saw the same story with the Blazers shooting twice as many
pucks toward the Outlaws goalie but Tri-Cities would be the ones to
hit the back of the net. The third echoed the first two, but the
Blazers finally found net, scoring their only goal of the night
tying the game. Yet with 16.2 seconds left in regulation, the Outlaws
score once more and hand the Blazers their third loss on the season.
